Frequently asked.
Can technicians see everything?
No. Access is strictly role-based: technicians only see their assigned jobs and read-only inventory, while company financials are reserved for the owner.
Is it GST compliant?
Yes. Invoices carry GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes and place of supply, with CGST/SGST or IGST breakdowns, a summary by rate slab, and CSV export for your accountant.
Can I move my data to my own database?
Yes. The data layer sits behind a single, swappable module, so it can be pointed at Supabase, Postgres or your own infrastructure without touching pages or routes.
How does attendance work?
Staff punch in from their phone and the server only accepts a punch within a set radius (default 100 m) of the workshop, with today's status, hours and a manager team view.
